[Resolved] Standard Chartered Bank — unethical behavior & not replying for complaints in timely manner | |||
Hi, I am planning to close my personal loan in standard chartered bank. In my letter it mention as per closing charge as 1%. But now bank saying like need to pay 5%. I already complained and forward the respective documents to bank. There is no proper reply from them. I raised complained on oct 30th and planned to repay my pl on nov 4th. Still now no reply from them. I am forced to pay interest for delay days and 4 % extra for pre closing charges. Refer the attachment. Kindly any one help me how to handle this. I have get a message from standardchartered.[protected]@accountant.com with a contact number of [protected]. Becauase i am applying a loan. And they say me to deposit a money until in 3 times.So, I want to know is this a fake banking or not?
