[Resolved]  Standard Chartered Credit Card — credit card showing amount overdue

Address:Kolkata, West Bengal

Dear Sir, I am to inform that I had taken a Standard Chartered Credit Card having no. [protected] in 2004 with limit of Rs. 24, 488, which was written off on 2009. However, the CIBIL report is showing overdue as Rs. 10, 979, whereas the written off status is shown as 'written off'. I had made full and final settlement with the bank whereby they had issued a No Dues Certificate also to me, but, the same is shown as overdue in account. This causing my CIBIL score to be effected and low. Kindly please instruct the bank to remove the amount from 'overdue' and show as nil as shown by other Banks. regards, Saikat Bardhan
