Dear sir/ madam Greetings!! On 3rd of december 2019 at 7:30 pm my mother admitted on medica north bengal clinic, hospital siliguri, due to stomach pain. My mother she have medical insurance from star health & allied insurance company since last 3years, she didn't take any kindly of treatment last 3years. It was the first time she took claim from insurance company. But unfortunately they rejected, sir their was some miscommunication between emergency doctor and patient (My mother). She said to doctor that last 8 to 9 years back she had just a stomach pain might be that was stone pain. She didn't take any kind of medical treatment or diagnosis at that time and not even she took any kind of medicines.. But doctor written in past medical history that it was stone (Penal callus) After that my medical insurance has rejected by star health & allied insurance company, i called to customer they told me if hospital (Doctor) give clarification then they will do something. I informed to hospital administration and after that doctor give clarification, But after submitted clarification certificate to insurance company they again rejected they told me how doctor do change their statement. My question is that then why they ask for doctor clarification certificate in letter head.
