Star Health And Allied Insurance — Claim rejection for policy no P/161212/01/2022/013001

Respected sir,

I would like to inform you that i have taken medical policy for my parents and policy no is P/161212/01/2022/013001.
My mother got stomach pain suddenly yesterday then we went to kmc hospital Meerut they have admitted my mother and start the treatment and kmc TPA department has sent mail for approval of cashless treatment to Star health company but they rejected the claim.
Star health say that in rejection letter that CHOLELITHIASIS WITH FIBROID UTERUS/PANCREATITIS has arisen within two years from the date of commencement of the first policy and the claim is not admissible for a period of 2 years from the date of inception of the first policy while nothing like that mentioned in attached policy.
So, we request you to please take any action against star health and allied insurance co ltd.
This company did not show all the conditions during taking policy but at the time of claims they tell me new conditions for rejection of claim. So it is my humble request to please take any action against star heath so that i can get the claim.
