Star Health And Allied Insurance — Claim wrongly credited to some other account

With reference to the trial mail, need to inform you one thing. Yesterday Ms. Karpagam (Mano’s sister) enquired this case with customer care team of Star Health and got to know that the claim is already settled on 6th October 2021 and amount has been transferred to the following account:

Bank A/C –[protected]

Transaction Number – N[protected]

It’s really very surprising why the amount got credited to the above number as Mano had mentioned his salary account number in the reimbursement form and gave the Bank Statement as supporting document too. pl. find the details of correct bank account as under:

A/C holder Name - MANO CHANDRA KUMAR

Bank A/C is –[protected]

Can you pl. check with the claim/finance team and help us to know why they credited the fund in other account. This is the last claim pending from Star and we hope you will understand how important it is for us to know the update. We had registered this clam in May’21 and now we are in November’21

Encl – Email sent to Harsha (Star representative) contains reimbursement form and other supporting doc.
