Referring to mentioned subject it is to state that have opted for a policy from your company in the name of my mother PUSPHA ARORA ( Policy No. P/221116/01/2022/00/1230).
On dated 11/9/2021 a bill of Rs. 390731 was sent by the Eternal Hospital to Star Health and Allied Insurance co ltd for a claim, in which the amount of Rs. 24210 was deducted. The hospital has told you by his counseling letter( copy attached) of the hospital sent on 3/9/21 for a total possible amount of Rs. 458500, in which they have clearly mentioned that Rs. 50000 /- for robotic surgery means computer navigation and instrumentation included. In order to approve this amount Star health has approved the above-said amount and mailed a cashless Authorization letter( attached)without any comments/remarks on robotic surgery charges. Under the compliance of approval star health has paid Rs. 270000/- to the hospital as the Initial Authorized amount.
On dated 11/9/21 final bill was sent by the hospital to star health of Rs. 390731 with breakup bills, in which Charges of robotic surgery 22500 included in the name of “ Instrumentation charges/computer navigation/robotic. This amount of Rs. 22500 is deducted by the company in the final claim bill.
So it is requested you pls consider this amount under claim as this was not informed prior and release the amount.
