Star Health And Allied Insurance — Policy lapsed without intimation

My policy number is [protected].
my policy has been cancelled by company. I was continuing my policy since 2020 . In 2023 i had to pay my premium in 4 installments. My due date for last emi payment was 26 march 2023 but i couldn't pay due to closing of financial year though i talked to an starhealth executive.. They told me that grace period is 30 days you can pay anytime. I told them to pay within 10 days.. No one intimated me that grace period is 7 days. Neither I get informed about 7 days grace period via written communication. So how could I pay.
But still I tried to pay on 2 april 2023 but star power app was not working. Neither getting updated, so on next day I recieved a message of policy lapsed. This is not justified I am continuing my policy from last 3 years and paying premiums and installements on time. This was my last installement. Due to some technical and miss communication it was delayed. And now my policy lapsed. WHY?? The money I paid from so long went into Vain. I paid nearly 1 lakh to company till now. We are middleclass we hardly manage to pay a single penny. And they wasted 3 years money in a single day.
This is not acceptable. From last 15 days i am contacting star health customer care but my issue is not resolved.
They denied to help or continue my policy.
