First thing: Don't trust Star Health, totally a fraud company, and provides false statements by the agent. My policy No. is P/121200/04/2022/000025. I took star health policy in Trichy Star Health Office. I shifted my residence from Trichy to Tirunelveli. Hence, I got NOC certificate from Trichy Star Health Office and transferred my Policy to Tirunelveli.

My mother had a medi claim policy with star. She is admitted in hospital due to denque fever. In discharge summary doctor wrongly mentioned CAD, I have submitted doctors certificate regarding wrong mention of CAD in discharge summary, after that star health refused claim with out any reason claim CIR/2023/700002/0015048. There is no relation between Denque fever and CAD. But they rejected the claim...
