Star Health And Allied Insurance — refund of my premium amount of rs 13, 275/- after rejection of my policy on 31/07/18 | |||||
I had applied for star health and allied insurance for hospitalisation policy on 24/07/18. Alongwith cheque for rs 13275 The amount was debited to my account on 25/07/18. They raised a query which i replied to eithin three days. Then they asked me to remove new x ray on my own expenses of rs 1400/- and submitted original x ray alongwith findings/reports Which i submitted on 25/07/18. They then Rejected my policy proposal on 27/07/18. I asked for refund of my premium amount paid to them on 25/07/18. More than 15 days are over and i have not yet received my refund amount promised within a week Kindly intiate stern action against star health and allied insurance company for delaying my refund amount of rs 13, 275 For more than 15 days.
