StashFin (Akara Capital Advisors Pvt Ltd) — every time ask to deposit emi through netbanking due to some problem in their system which could not be fixed since 5 months.

I am writing this Comment to bring your kind notice I had a loan with you guys and I cleared long back ( paid) but the concern is on cibil it's reflecting as 327 days delay.

I need a proper response here. You have destroyed my credit history and are not even responding. As an NBFC you have to do correct bureau reporting. Please connect me with your grievance officer immediately. If this is not resolved I will have to contact RBI ombudsman as well as share this experience on your social media handles. All these are logs of your failure to comply with regulations.

i took a loan from them for rs 70000 and they have reported two loans in credit beauro. One under name of DMI Finance for rs 56000 and other under name of Akara Capital Investment Services for Rs 10, 24, 788.

Till the time amount was due their harami employees were talking and giving confirmation that it will be corrected, but since then payment has been done, they are not bothering to reply even on email.

Also dont ever use their mobile application. They will take access to your contact list and they will do sms blast to all your contacts and they will call all your contact list.

If you are using their mbile app, before downloading any digital lending mobile app, please make sure none of your phone contacts shows their relationship with you like, mummy, papa, bhaiya, etc, they always focus on those contacts which seems to be from your close relations and specially your in-laws relations.

to teach them a lession, its better you save phone number of some police officers, or lawyers or some politicians or some criminals in your phone with names as bhaiya, saale sahab, jija, sasur ji, MAMa, chacha, etc

they will call those numbers and then they will come to know the consequences

This is to inform all of you beware of this company they can RUIN your CIBIL Like anything which i am facing

i vae cleared all the Loan its showing 0 emi and 0 active but in Cibil its still active and amount is showing as 3 lakh and one more of 4 lakh which i have not taken and showing as defaulted for 200 days
i have contacted customer care no response and No use beacuse all r fake and even no r fake,
also raised to [protected]@cibil but they are saying it has to be updated from them
No way to contact Stasfin
