StashFin (Akara Capital Advisors Pvt Ltd) — every time ask to deposit emi through netbanking due to some problem in their system which could not be fixed since 5 months.

I took loan for my medical treatment from Stashfin (AKARA CAPITAL ADVISORS PVT LTD) initially they asked us to pay EMI more than what was fixed earlier, then when we opposed and came up with facts and figures they said due to some problem in the system the same was miscommunicated. then after they said cheque presented is dishonored. when we tried to drill the reason we found that Stashfin has not presented the cheque yet and we started getting calls to immediately pay the emi. since it was first time we paid the same through netbanking. now it is the same story every month. I tried to contact stashfin over phone and every time they say that they have fixed the problem this month and from next month the same will be auto deducted but... now since last three months I get message threatening me for my poor CIBIL score.
Request concern person to kindly intervene and resolve the same ASAP.
