[Resolved] StashFin — moratorium | |
I have informed to moratorium my emis but they are harriasing me to pay emis by calls and messages by using abused language and bounced by cheque with charges of 590rs. They are forcibly told to pay the emi for the month of march and i have paid too. Iam searching to moratorium in the stashfin app its showing like snooze option no moratorium option in that. And if i opted to snooze its showing that you should pay intrest amount and snooze. Please do the need full sir, this is my humble request sir. As per RBI circular Banks and ever NBFC's are following the RBI Circular, and the CITI bank is done my EMIs Moratorium without intimation. But this Stashfin guys are demanding and harriasing the customers tonpay the EMIs in this LOCK DOWN crisis time. And I'll attach the CITI bank mail with. See how Polite and Decently thebsent the mail. But this Stashfin people are torchering the customers please look in to this as soon as possible and do the needful.
