[Resolved]  State Bank of India — 2yrs now !! Didn't receive my ATM card NRE/NRO a/c

Its been close to 2 yrs since the time I opened my NRE/NRO accounts at SBI, Prashant Nagar branch, Hyderabad 500039. I've opened my accounts and left for US. I've added my father as co-operator for the accounts, so he can sign on my behalf (I dont know if its exactly called co-operator, but I have added him as someone who can operate on my behalf). When we didn't receive the ATm cards, my father went to Bank couple of times and all they had to say was the person has to come from US and apply again ... How can banks work like this ? First of all delivery of ATM should be tracked and then if I;'ve added someone to operate my account on behalf and bank let me do that.. doesn't that mean bank should honor his request of ATM as well... Is there any way I could my ATM delivered soon.. since this an online forum, I can't reveal my bank a/c number, but can you hep me track it using my full name and branch ?
