My ATM card magnetic card was not working so i requested for a new card replacement, the told me to block the card and apply for a new one. so I did the the same on April 2014.
after few days they debited 204 from my account for new card. but i didn't received any card from any courier. when i inquired they gave me a track no EK[protected]IN and told me to enquirer at the post office. there was no result. after day & days of enquiry there telling to re apply for new card & appart from this they also intimated that they are going to cut the charges from my account.
is this the way to treat a custumer for nearly one year there is this issue.
please do the need full.
