State Bank of India — About SBI credit card worst credit card

I am K.Ravi kumar from Hyderabad 27/12/2015 from +91 - [protected], +91-[protected], +91-[protected] and +91-[protected] which said it's from sbi credit card department and fraudulently taking my card credentials i. E. Otp and cvv number they made a transaction of rs 7888. 00 against salemall_epaykerala. Can you please cancel the transaction as it is a fraudulent one and i haven't made any transaction today through my sbi credit card and revert the amount to my credit card. Last but not least this was the worst maintenance by the SBI, its better to take private bank credit card than SBI, even there are many number of complaints from many persons there is not even a single response from the officials, and all this stuff has to posted in Social networks and have to educate the people not to go through the SBI card, not even have easy access to contact Customer care services...Worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst performance by SBI...,
