State Bank Of India — Account Debited by Rs.12692.[protected] but amount not credited to GRE services account

I, Shwetabh Khanduja, tried for the submission of ON-LINE form for GRE examination on 01/07/2015 . During form filling-up process, I was redirected to payment option and using SBI debit card, I paid . After completion of the payment option, the control should again re-direct to further completion of the form process while in my case, an error message came with the advise to repeat the process . In the mean time my account was debited and an sms in this regard also received. Since my account was debited, I tried to get back the payment from GRE but they replied that no credit was received at their end as the transaction was failed and also advised me to contact our bank . So you are requested to kindly look into the matter to refund the said amount .
