To Branch Manager, SBI 1. Kindly refer to my earlier letter dated 08 Oct 15 and subsequent discussion had with Branch Manager on the above subject. 2. As discussed, you have assured me to provide a Statement of Car Loan to reconcile the same with concerned Bank Statement and also to find out the facts of irregularity which you had observed, while settlement down the loan. 3. I have not yet received any statement of loan account. Would be grateful, if you could kindly cooperate with me by sending the statement of account at the earliest to help you out to settle down the issue, which kept unnecessarily pending since long and arrange to send NOC at the earliest.
