I am here to make you know that on 11th of May 2015. I done a mobile recharge througe your Mobile Banking Service, due to some technical reason my transaction failed and I got a message "The amount credited back to your account" but till now, I did'nt get my money back. so please make it possible ASAP.
Three time I done a recharge of rs178
an three time I done a recharge of rs 197
in all transaction I got the same message that your amount credited back.
