Respected Sir/Madam, I am Vikas Vinod Kadam, customer of State Bank of India (Lower Parel Branch, Mumbai). My ATM cum Debit card PIN is locked and so that unable to operate my SBI debit card from 2 months. I have already contacted to Branch and customer care for the same but there response is not good. Also I am already registered complaint no.AT[protected] on dated:28.01.2015 to SBI customer care. But I regrate to say that still my complaint is pending till date:12.03.2015. I request you to resolve my complaint promptly. Here I am giving the required details. I have logged complaint against SBI Debit card pin number request, but i regrate to say the still my complaint is pending from Mar 12, 2015 to till date.

Kindly do needful as soon as posible.
