Hi Team, I had withdrawn rupees 10000.00 From Azadpur terminal ATM on 02-Jan-2015 along with that I got a tattered note of 500 rupee, there was a security guard named jitender kumar working in his shift. He was aware about the same. He informed me yes there was 2 tattered notes of 500 rupees in the ATM, when person was putting the money in the machine a day before they put two tattered notes. He signed on the slip as a witness and mentioned ATM ID asked me to visit azadpur karnal by pass branch. I visited there they said that ATM did not under their branch. They did not take note back and sent me to the azadpur mandi branch. I visited there they also denied to change the note I have slip with me signed by the guard. They have been sending me here and there but not giving me the resolution for the same. Please do the needful. note numbers are 0FB 253567. Mukhtar Ali [protected]
