Dear All, , This complaint is regarding bad customer service i faced by the chief manager of SBI nanganallur branch Being a lady she made me to wait for an hour without providing a proper or single information instead she was chatting with some person inside her cabin i waited for an hour today outside her cabin and left the bank with disappointment.
