State Bank Of India — Balace deduction in a declined transaction

My(SUJIT KABIRAJ) balance has been deducted from my account -[protected], when i was purchasing something from a shopping mall dated-15/02/2015, using my debit card.At the time of transaction it shows the transaction has been declined but balance has been deducted 2 times from my account, amount[580.4*2]=1160.8 INR. Therefore i am requesting you to take after this problem & kindly refund this balance.
