State Bank of India,- Branch code - 7962 — Delay in getting password for my ATM of my A/c no [protected]

With reference to above subject, I would like to bring your kind notice, I had applied for new ATM card I had received new ATM card on January 2015 with letter mentioning that you will receive password letter from branch But till today i have not received any letter from SBI branch. So i request your good self to resolve this issue at this earliest . Expecting for positive response from your end
