State Bank Of India — Complaint against bank official in Ghugumali Branch,Siliguri(W.B)

Dear Sir, I am maintaining a SB Account at SBI-GHUGUMALI Branch located in Siliguri.My account no.is-[protected].When ever I called in the branch for any services the bank officials do not respond properly. Today itself I called for knowing my above mentioned SB balance. The concerned official says he cannot say balance over the phone. I have forgotten my ATM card in Siliguri, hence as a customer of the bank I don't have any right to ask for my SB balance.The concerned official argues with me that he cannot say me the balance, but it is not possible to ask for any information which only Account holder can only provides.Then the bank official has no right to talk to the customer in such manner.Please take appropriate steps.
