State Bank of India — Complaint against your SBI, Bilram Gate, Kasganj, Branch (011631) | |||
Dear Sir, My name is Amit Kumar, having Saving Bank Account with your Bilram Gate Branch, Kasganj, Kanshiram Nagar, U.P., having A/c No.[protected]. From 19th April, 2015 onwards, I started receiving messages on my mobile phones for various transactions which I did not initiated and/or authorized to the branch. After that I went with the problem to the Branch Head of the concern branch on 05.05.2015 and came to know that my CIF (customer ID):[protected] has been mapped to some other account without my consent and the transactions were pertaining to some other account which belongs to some other Amit Kumar & Neetu Devi of Kinnauni Branch. So, I gave them the letter for correction of same on 05.05.2015 but till date no solution has been done and till date I have been receiving the calls for transfer of cheques and in my online SBI also the other account is shown which does not belong to me.
