State Bank Of India — Credit card fraudulent transaction
The customer care of SBI credit card team is worthless without doing a proper investigation and giving a supporting result they have concluded that the Fraudulent transaction is not at all fraudulent and should be bear by me. If I had done the transaction why would I complain on the first hand next I have reported the matter at cyber cell on the same day. To get proper results I have submitted the necessary documents but these sbi is so lazy that they didn’t even care about a normal individual whose has lost 1 lak rupees but during credit card advertising they are gifting credit card as if they are free. There is a difference how you treat your customer I understood that now please take proper action and help me get my money back. I am a middle class mam and a family to feed it is not easy to give 1 lak just like that. I am attaching the cyber cell report. Kindly reply what else I need to do? I just need my money back. These customer care people when they will face similar type of situation they will understand they don’t know what harressment feels like. I hope nobody should go through what I am going through now.
