Failed transaction but money debited and not refunded

Failed online transaction on 10 January 2024 but money of rs 5000 debited and is not credited. No sbi employee is cooperating with me.
Please refund my money as early as possible. My earning is less to continue my livelihood....

Rs. 4.22 has been deducted from my SBI savings account with the above subject. Without any prior communication before time, how can they deduct and even don't know for what it is deducted. Can they deduct like this with out our concern before time.

    Hi sbi credit card team
    please look into this matter. I have been changed by your side with 499+gst for annual change of credit card. but i used this card as much sufficient amount which is ok for revive annual charge but sbi charged me for this amount. please look into this and remove this charge from my credit card outstanding or close my card i don't want to use this type of card when every bank provides lifetime free credit cards.

      Unable to withdraw amount from saving account. LCPC NOT SCRUTINIZED BY LCPC

      Respected sir,
      I have opened my saving account through YONO SBI app and through video KYC on 06 January 2024. My account number is [protected].
      I have deposited the amount in my account and now I am unable to withdraw or transfer money from my account. I have urgent requirement of money but I'm getting messages that "CIF NOT SCRUTINIZED BY LCPC". It has been already more than 7 working days after opening my account but still...

      I was using BPCL Card ending 9041 and it was closed way back in August 2023. But still it is not closed in CIBIL.
      I have been sending emails to SBI Card Customer Care since 6 months but they have not bothered to resolve issue. They just sent an email that my CIBIL is correct.

      Even their social media team has not responded toy complaint for more than 3 months.

      I don't want a Card to reflect as Open and spoil my CIBIL Score for their mistake. Please ask them to expedite the CIBIL update process and not to argue with me that they are wrong. I have ample proof of thier.mistake and still they are adamant.
      I have lost lots of better cards and loans due to their pathetic service.

          Amazon refund Amount is not credited

          My name is (Aulakh) and I had ordered kore RW rubber plates 30kg of Rs 1719 in Amazon on[protected] and after on[protected] I returned this order due to personal reason. And on[protected] refund was initiated.
          Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
          [protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but SBI Bank doesn't have such policy. So

          I lost my cash from my SBI account in Kollam[protected] on 21.12.2023. I got one message that I have Rs.4444/- SBI Reward points to redeem so I clicked the link and it took me to the Yono app of SBI. Then I started to login to one OTP that I entered, then another two or three OTS were coming. So I got doubt and I checked my net banking, then I have been Rs.50000/- has been debited to the account of Manimeghala, Account No.[protected], Velacherry branch of Federal Bank, Chennai at 12.50 p.m.Then immediately(within 15 minutes) I went to my home branch, informed the Senior manager Smt.Veena. She said you first give a cyber complaint, then you come to the bank. Cyber complaint was very difficult and somehow before 2 p.m I lodged that complaint vide No.[protected] on 21.12.2023 . Before that itself, a written complaint at 1.20 p.m was given to the Bank Manager Smt.Veena and she raised a ticket No.[protected] and after that a copy of the cyber complaint was given to the bank manager. But on verification of the Cybercrime website it is noticed that the transaction has occurred on 21.12.2023 at 12.50 p.m, complaint given to the bank on 21.12.2023 at 1.20 p.m, cyber complaint lodged on 21.12.2023 at 14.55 P.M.

          But the manager Smt.Veena had taken action at 22.12.2023 at 15.07 P.m. By that time the fraudsters withdrawn my money from Federal Bank, Velacherry Branch to IDFC Bank. If the Manager Smt.Veena had taken action within the time limit, I would not have lost my money and the same could have been recovered from the Federal Bank. But the Manager had not taken any action, simply one ticket raised and sat idle. Today also I went to meet the AGM Mr.Roshan to discuss the case, he said " what the senior manager Veena did is correct, they have done all steps to recover the amount, even if you close your salary account from my bank also I don't have any problem".
          Also the Officer's don't have any consideration for the ordinary customers. I lost my money due to the deficiency of the customer service.Hence it is requested to give direction to the bank authorities to credit the amount which I lost due to their fault or lapse or they have not done their duty in time.

              Not able to Prematurely close my MOD deposit account from internet banking and YONO Banking

              Hi,
              I have a SBI saving account with number [protected] and I have created MOD accounts online in internet banking . As per the features, I can prematurely close the MOD accounts anytime or I can partially withdraw the amount from MOD. But now when I am trying to close 01 of my MOD accounts online as mentioned in SBI portal I am getting an error stating "Your MOD account can not be closed as delinking of your MOD account is failed"...

              Amount of Rs. 1300 has been deducted from my SBI account by the bank on Thursday, 28th December 2023 at 12:21 pm. I went to the bank for the same and they told me that they debited this amount for my health insurance but I never asked for any insurance. They debited this amount without any notice or my permission. No bank has the authority to take my money without my permission. I request to please look into this matter and return my money as soon as possible.

                Unknown persons have made fraudulent withdrawal of Rs.9200 and Rs.10000 from my SBI account through AePS misusing my Aadhar number and biometrics without my knowledge on 20th and 21st December 2023. Raised cyber complaint and informed home branch. They said it cant be traced but I will get refund in 60 days. That too 75-80% chances of recovery. I appreciate Government's initiative of "Financial Inclusion" and enabling Aadhar based banking. But at the same time I request to look into lapses which give free hand to fraudsters. 1. Why banks allow CSP outlets operate even in areas where their branches are present?
                2. Why cant AePS detect lifeless silicone rubber-made thumb biometrics used by fraudsters? (Pulsoximeters detect only alive thumb to check oxygen saturation levels)
                3. Why mobile OTP is bypassed in AePS transactions which could otherwise alert the Consumer from fraudsters attempt to drain his account?
                4. Why SBI CSP outlet code is not disclosed in transaction details?
                5. Why should we wait 60days for our hard-earned money saved in your bank to be recovered, when you deduct so many SMS, ATM, Bank Statement etc charges instantaneously? It seems we dont have any control on our money when we deposit it in your Bank!! You can deduct officially and anyone can draw misusing our Aadhar-linked bank accounts without our knowledge!! WHY DIDNT I RECEIVE SMS FOR THESE FEAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS??? WHAT FOR YOU ARE TAKING SMS CHARGES THEN???

                UIDAI, AePS, NCPI, STATE BANK OF INDIA ALL ARE EQUALLY RESPONSIBLE ALONGWITH THAT CSP OUTLET AND FRAUDSTER IN THIS.

                Locking Biometrics( may not be possible to uninformed and illiterate citizens)and keeping less funds in the Bank are not the answers We victims expect from you.

                          I have received my credit card statement dated 12.12.2023. I noticed that finance Charges Rs. 213.55+ gst fee(Rs. 38.44).I have cleard dues on time every month but now a days without any reason getting fin charges .Have raised service request(SR:[protected] also but it's declined without any justification and not getting any help from sbi customer care .
                          I am requesting to sbi credit card team to waive off finance Charges fee Rs. 213.55+ gst fee(Rs. 38.44).
                          Please help me .

                            I have taken car loan from SBI Palam Dabri Mor branch (11564) and my loand has been closed in the month of Oct 2023 as per loan sechduel. I have received a auto mail from SBI that my loan is closed and the same confirmed from customer care. Now the issue is in Novemver 2023 ECS had HIT to my account and bounce. the same has affected my CIBIL. I have mailed to GM Customer and Branch Manager Mail ID but no proper response from Brunch manager. Now customer care is asking to visit to the home branch to stop the ECS mandate. For job purpose now I have posted in Kolkata and not possible to visit to the home branch. The same has highlighted in my mail and customer also. No proper response in this regards.
