My Internet Banking Username got Deactivated automatically on 7th Sept 2022. I am getting a message displayed while logging to my net banking account that Username has been deactivated, contact branch for the same. I am living in a different State and couldn't visit branch on regular basis. And problem is not getting resolved as no one is answering to calls in the branch at

Rs 20 has been auto-debited from my account for PMSBY.

I DON'T recall enrolling in this scheme or or any other insurance scheme or giving my consent to deduct this amount.

REIMBURSE the money into my account.

SBI bank is going ahead on behalf of the government to deduct Rs 20 to show the success of PMSBY and collect money.

Deducting 20 from my account was a clear VIOLATION. No permission...

Sir/Ma'am,
9 august 2022, an transfer to[protected] INB commission for IGAOCCBCU6--IGAOCCBCU6ICY8725155 has deducted 11.80 rs amount without any information. I have not even booked any types of ticket for any purpose, then why this amount has been debited from mu SBI netbanking account. please resolve this issue.

Done a payment of ₹10/- (Rupees ten only) through SBIePay Lite (Payment Gateway) and used UPI as the preferred payment method and scanned QR with PhonePe to apply for RTI Act 2005 in official website (https://rtionline.gov.in/). I made a transaction using my debit card on 31/7/22 for shopping at store. The transaction failed at first attempt then i second time it was done. But the amount was debited twice from my account balance and i got a message for Reverse POS PUR but it has been a week and i haven't received my amount yet....

SBI is taking way much time or even not checking the request files online submitted by customers. I submitted my pan card number for registration few days ago and it showed pending at the beginning and now it shows unprocessed. I need to link it before the end of the month so I can apply for TDS refund. But it seems SBI will take more than a week to inform me that I need to submit again or whatever the next step is.

Hi Team,

This is Surya i have taken auto loan from SBI in year 2017 and closed the auto loan on 2-Aug-2022 by visiting bank and bank had given me the closure letter and form 35 and I received a message stating loan is closed.
Now today ie. 5-Aug again my EMI got deducted from my Citi bank account and had spoken to manger of that branch she informed me like no more deduction will happen but it surprise that bank employees...

I Dr.Vihang patel. I applied a education loan for my wife's post graduation. I submitted all necessary documents on 1st week of July. Bank manager said me that your education loan will be approved in 10-15 working days. Today is 1st August still they didn't approved and last date of fee submission was 31st July that also informed to sbi bank manager. Today he said it will take more time. What to do?...

I am an SBI customer and using NET BANKING for Foreign transfer, not able to transfer fund to Europe(Spain)
1. Log in to SBI website personal banking
2. Go to Fund/Transfer section
3. Click on Foreign currency transfer.
4. Fill the details, not able to transfer funds, its happening from past three days and customer care and bank is not able to resolve it
5. the error is "NOT ABLE TO CONTACT EXTERNAL SYSTEM"...

Hi,
I have a SBI saving account with number '[protected]' and I have created 2 MOD accounts online in internet banking . As per the features, I can prematurely close the MOD accounts anytime or I can partially withdraw the amount from MOD. But now when I am trying to close my MOD accounts online as mentioned in SBI portal I am getting an error stating "Your MOD account can not be closed as delinking of your MOD account is failed"...

It's been more than 4 months since I surrender my SBI fastag due to poor service and till now I have not received my security deposit of 200/- and balance of 555/- in my account. When I called fastag customer support, I was told that SBI bank should be transferring the amount as tag surrender and closure is already done by fastag dept. When I opened my account in SBI the bank informed me that I Would get my debit card after 8 - 10 working days. But even I after 19 days I still have not received my debit card. Their customer service is also of no help. I urgently need my debit card....
