On 10th December I purchased some commodities in a store and tried paying through my debit card, the person at the counter dipped the card and it asked for the PIN number, I entered my ATM PIN number correctly but the transaction was declined. He tried once more and the same thing happened and nowhere the transaction got processed and the slip did not get generated. The transaction amount was of 1313.50 which I later chose to pay by another bank's card and was successful. The shocking part is that the transaction amount was wrongly debited from A/C balance. To report this anomaly and get my money credited I tried reaching customer care several times on all the customer support numbers provided in the website.
Moreover I tried submitting the complaint online in their Complaint Portal called CMS, where after entering all the details about my complaint I try entering the debit card number and click submit to register the complaint but the site prevents me and says the debit card number is invalid.
This is driving me crazy, I want my money being credited to my account immediately and and end to this harassment.
This is the worst form customer support ever by any bank ever.
