State Bank of India — deducted money from atm but cash not received saving a/c no [protected]

State Bank of India:- Deducted Money Not even Reverted after 4 months. I Esha Abhishek Rajpopat, A/c no [protected]. On 15th Feb 2015, I tried to withdraw cash Rs 3000/- from my Sbi card from HDFC Atm machine, Junagadh (Gujrat) but could nt, so tried Again for same... but money nt received. But later 6000/- from my A/c was deducted, i received no cash. I tried complaining to my Ahmedabad SBI branch (Gurukul Road, near sankalp square) where my current a/c is their. ;later after a day 3000/- came to my a/c, then agein reversed deducted.. I tried complaining no, of times everytime they say one or other...then they said money wl be deposited from Junagadh & Kanpur (3000/-) each..i contacted to both the managers n they said no... now what to do... I am mother of 4 years old child daily going to bank is nt possible 6000/- Rs matter is nt resolving also further money is deducting i want to continue my a/c for further saving purposes but all my financial work is stuck.. one Request kindly Train the employees who are in customer service to respect the customer, we are educated people... we can ask for our rights but abt the poor illiterate men n women...
