State Bank of India — Delay in home loan sanction

Due to absence of AM(concern), our home loan process got delayed right from the beginning in Thanjavur VOC nagar branch start process on dec 2013 instead of end of november 2013. Each and every day, they got delayed and we have submitted our doc. like house tax, salary slip etc, twice because of their misplaces. Based on their requirements in dec 2013, i submitted my Workspot verification through RACPC through FAX from AGRA SBI RACPC to Thanjavur VOC Branch. Manager from voc branch received my Workspot verification on 2nd Jan 2014 and assured me for approval and sanction for the same on monday 6.1.14. But still got delayed from them and again start delaying instead of sanctioning the loan even we have submitted our all documents to them(map, legal opinion, power of attorney etc) Ticket number: HL[protected] through customer care SBI also.
