State Bank of India — delay in receiving fixed medical allowance arrears and updating to my pension account

Sir, i, vipparthy seshasai, ppo no.[protected] (New) [protected], retired from railways and drawing my pension regularly from sbi / nacharam br. (3098) hyderabad, sbi pension account no. [protected], like to state that as per railway pension rules and regulations, i am entitled to get fma (Fixed medical allowance) along with my monthly pension payment. Sir, my fma was sanctioned by our sr. Dfm /nagpur & [censored]ao mumbai duly signed and stamped on 19.08.2016 and the letter send to sbi cppc belapur navi mumbai. Sir i approached my pension branch manager sbi nacharam (3098) hyderabad and sbi/ cppc zonal branch manager, hyderabad. But denied payment the same and asked for fresh sanctioned letter. So i once again approached my sr. Dfm? Nagpur for a fresh sanctioned letter. Finally a fresh fma sanctioned letter was sent to sbi/cppc navi mumbai dated 08.05.2019. Sir till date i am not in receipt of any fma allowance or credited to my pension account. Now i request your good self to look in to my long pending unsettled issue and take necessary action for an early payment.
