State Bank of India — Didn't receive confirmation letter and ATM debit card.

I have opened a/c in SBI Bagdola Sec-8 Dwarka New Delhi-77. A/c holder's Name-Arun Kumar Sharma, A/c no.-[protected] Bank has given me a/c no. but not activated my a/c they told me to bring confirmation letter which I will receive by post. I went to post office but there was no letter from SBI. I opened my a/c in december 2014.I have visited SBI branch sec-8 but they told me its not their responsibility, its a matter of head office we cannot help you. please send me confirmation letter and debit card asap thanks
