State Bank of India — faulty sms

I have two home loan a/cs no [protected] and [protected] maintained at SBI, VD Marg, Lucknow branch. The due date of payment of the monthly installments in the above loan a/cs is 5th and 10th of every month whereas the sms alerts initiated by the bank system mentions the due dates wrongly at the same time also warning for charging penal fee of Rs 562/- every month.I have to mention that I had been regularly paying the monthly installments without any default on due dates. It is requested that the necessary action be taken by the concerned sms alert section to amend the dates in the sms so that I should not get disturbed every month after getting the wrong sms for both home loan a/cs.
