Dear Sir/ madam,
I, Ritu Miglani, have opened a jan-dhan a/c ([protected] - HEMA KANDPAL) of my helper at SBI, Kavinagar, B-Block, Ghaziabad branch last year.
First they opened the a/c after 2 months and so many reminders with a very rude behaviour.
Now she went to the branch for NEFT transaction to make payment of her son's medicine.
She waited there almost 1:30 hr, but after that the staff denied to do NEFT.
Second thing, my parent's a/c's are also there and they are sen. citizen.
whenever we visit the branch for any purpose, everybody used to say that there is a staff shortage or server not working, whoever is the customer whether sen. cit or female or anybody. They dont cooperate.
I have, even so many customers have made complains to the Br. Mang. regarding this but no result.
U please reply that something can improve this system or not. we have to bear their rudness or should we close our a/c's in this branch.
And if they cannot manage then why dont they close the branch. Pls. reply soon.
