I took house loan in May 2013 and the same Rs. 1750/- debited as SLOP charges in Oct 2013. I tried to reach out to the loan department and couldn't find whether they are exist or not and no one from customer care people neither providing the details nor routing to someone. This is simply ridiculous on the mortgage customers. It should actionable seriously in any case. Please update me if anybody know any details about this to escalate to someone. Please!!!
