I am Mr. Bhabani Sarma from Guwahati Assam . I am also an account holder in SBI .
These days I am in Mumbai . and the thing is that, SBI tortured me a lot . No response from any
employ when I asked for help . Due to technical malfunctioning I lost almost a huge amount of money
almost 35000 /- .
I had deposited an amount of 57000 /- rupees in guwahati branch and when I tried to withdraw an amount of 44500 /- at the date of 26 august 2014, a message is shown as DECLINED ... a message also came to my mobile phone mentioning DECLINED .. But when I tried to withdraw the amount from other ATM .. it says UNAVAILABLE FUND ... I went to nearest SBI office ... I met the CUSTOMER RELATION OFFICER // I met the
CASH OFFICER // but no response ... they said me to wait for 2 to 3 days as the matter solves ...where as my date of returning to Guwahati is 27 august 2014 ...My train ticket of 3125 /- is waste as because of that ...
On the date of 27 august I got a message from my home branch that my matter is solved and I have almost 27000 /- rupees ... so I went to the SBI ATM again on 27th august ... I withdrawn 15000 /- of rupees and after that the same problem again ..the ATM shows UNAVAILABE FUND ... where as I have almost 12000 /- left in my account ...
If this kind of issues regularly happens ...then for how many days I will stay in Mumbai ... Per day almost 5000 /- of amount is going from my pocket ... as because of the technical defaults of SBI...
So I request the SBI authorities to look towards such kind of issues ... so the we common people doesn't get tortured any more ... Was this information helpful? |
