State Bank of India — i lost rs 5022 from my account

i had rs9000 in my sbi account no-[protected], on 12 feb 2015.after that i withdrawn rs5000 on 16 feb 2015 through yes bank atm in new delhi and remains rs4019 in my account.then on 18th feb they put rs5022 hold on my account.i was registered complaint against this hold in sbi toll free complaint no. they always told to contact to your homebranch.i went to my home branch 10 times.firstly they told me to deposit rs 5022 and when i told why you put my account on hold, they told only the region is wrong transaction.afterthat they told to deposited rs1100 to cancel the hold.i did the same they told me but afterward they cut my whole money rs 5000 from my account.dear sir i am a student, i went home two times for this matter from delhi to siwan, but still they cant resolve my problem.they are trying to cheat me and i am feeling to much hopeless.sbi customer service is too poor in my home branch ander, siwan, bihar.branch code-012561, account no-[protected]
