State Bank of India — Initiate the refund but I am not receiving my refund till date

My name is Thaslim Sulthana, I am purchase one product in Amazon(laptop table mate) on 26.2.2022, the product cost is 899/-, , product was not good, so I am asking replacement on 5th March, , next product delivered on 11th in the same problem repeat, , , then I was return the product on 15th March, , , still now I did not get my refund they tell us we are already initiate refund on your account, , , but I am not receiving my refund till date sir.. they tell me RNN Number (75503722077014228622009) please solve my problem sir
