State Bank of India — INTERNET BANKING PROBLEM

I cannot view my account information online . when ever i login the error message says account not mapped and asked to raised ticket under customer care care tab to resolve within 2 days .i have raised many ticket but not yet resolved the issue .Please investigate for this issue and resolved it for me.my bank branch is SBI MANTRIPUKHRI .
