I am Dipali D. residence of kharbandhi(721507), Jhargram, I have a savings account ([protected] )with sbi bank Jhargram branch. Details of the branch are as below:

I have used sbi, Jhargram branch ATM center for withdrawal amount Rs 18000/-(Eighteen thousand rupees only).
I have not received any money from the SBI atm. But, my account showing that Rs 18000/- has been debited for the transaction. I have submitted written document to my home branch and mailed to SBI ATM customer care against this issue. With no response, I called the Kolkata Head office of SBI for this. They asked bank-manager of Jhargarm branch to deposit the deducted money to my account. But when I talked to the bank-manager, they deny paying 18, 000.00. They agreed to return 16, 000 to my bank account. I am not a very rich person and spouse is a retired school teacher. I am constructing a new house and have to pay money to the contractor. So it's very urgent to get back the full amount (18, 000) as soon as possible. I have visited the bank many times but it's just a joke for them. I am become hopeless.
I demand the full refund of the money with proper interest and charges for my harassment by the BANK / BANK associative. I am personally raising this complain against the Jhrargram branch Manager, Jhargram ATM manager and ATM service team for unnecessarily harassing people, like this way.
So I request you to please take this letter seriously and do my need.
