State Bank Of India - Kiosk Banking — Complaint as to kiosk banking - not able to upload fic files

Greetings of the day!!

This is to bring into your kind attention that, my name is mohammad aslam and having csp code 1a668535, i have applied for kiosk banking through pay point india pvt. Ltd. I have started enrolling to customers from 28th june’ 2016 and visited sbi branch (10616) on 08/07/2016 to get my fic files uploaded but as per the branch manager they have not received letter yet so they are not able to upload the same, i also spoke to fi manager (Rbo) he also confirmed me that he has not got the letter from lho. So they are not able to upload the file.

On speaking to mr. Gupta (Fi manager, rbo, farrukhabad), i was told that sbi branch (10616) is for defence personnel only and no csp can be allotted there and suggested me to get my linked branch changed from 10616 (Sli fatehgarh, farrukhabad) to 01033 (Fatehgarh, farrukhabad) and ask me to send an email to him for the same & i did the same immediately.

He has immediately send email to mr. Sageer ahmad to change the linked branch code but despite giving several reminders to mr. Sageer ahmad by mr. Nand gupta (Fi manager, rbo, farrukhabad), but we have not got any appropriate response of the emails and not heard anything from him as to letter or linked branch changed.

It has been long time facing the problem and i am not able to work properly.

You are requested to look into this matter and resolved it & dispatch the latter or change the link branch code asap so that everything can go smooth.
