I had requested for linking my existing 3 accounts so that I can access all of them through a single netbanking login id which is existing for one of the accounts. I had requested dgm.[protected]@sbi.co.in via email on 17th June 2013 to which I did not receive any response. Later on I sent one more email on 5th Nov 2013 marking chairmansbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in and got a response in which the mail was forwarded to agmcustomer.[protected]@sbi.co.in for doing the neeful. I got a call from the Branch Manager in couple of days to fill in the form in physical. I went to the branch and filled the form and submitted the same in the 2nd week of November 2013. The Branch Manager himself validated the filled form also. However, post that there is no update on the same. I have called branch multiple times, but get a response that they will look into. Later on, i sent email reminder also using the mail trail / chain on 3rd Jan 2014, however, there is no response to it. Today I have sent one more reminder again marking chairmansbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in Was this information helpful? |
