State Bank Of India — loan emi

From last 1 year i am continuously contacting sbi people but no one responding.
Details -
I have taken car loan from sbi jubilee hills branch hyderabad. Branch code 11745. (540000 rs loan amount). Loan account number[protected].
Issue -
From last 1 year always they are blocking my additional amount (Other than emi value) from my sbi saving account.

My total emi value is 12300 rs and due date to pay emi is 5th of every month.
This month on 5th october 2017, i was having more than 17000 rs in my account but they blocked all amount and due to that emi is not deducted from my account and on 7th october 2017 they charged. 295 rs for late emi fee charges.

So if i already have enough balance in my account and sbi people blocked it and due to that emi was not deducted so what is my fault.

They can not say due to security reason they blocked because i already paid additional amount 230000 rs for my loan. So there is no reason of security.

Action -
From last 1 year always they are blocking money. So many times i called customer care and raised complaint online and always its routed to branch and no one responding from branch.

I sent email to nodal officer and branch more than 5 times but no one responding.

Below is details -

1. October 8th 2017 sent email to sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in, agmcustomer. [protected]@sbi.co.in, agmr2. [protected]@sbi.co.in, cmcsr2. [protected]@sbi.co.in but no one respond.

2. August 7th 2017, sent email to agmcustomer. [protected]@sbi.co.in but no resolution or followup done for issue.

3. January 6th 2017 sent email no response from sbi.

4. November 22nd 2016 raised complaint online - vl[protected].

5. September 29th 2016 raised complaint online - ai[protected], no response from branch.

6. September 19th 2016 sent email

I called so many times on branch number - [protected] but either its coming busy or no one attending call.

In big city its very difficult to go branch always for this issue. As always they are blocking and no one responding.

Need help for this.
