State Bank Of India — Mental haressment by SBI staff.

I wanted to open a bank account for my son in SBI sector 62. The concerned person sitting on grahak mitra counter ( a lady) did not have clue of any thing . When i enquired about the delay ( 2 hours) the reason given was that it was her first day on work. I fail to understand why such incompetent person was made to sit at such counter. Secondly the Manager operations mr. Mahesh was least interested in doing his duty and this led to wastage of my 2 work hour n put my one year old to unnecessary trouble. SHAME ON SBI's way of working.
