[Resolved]  State Bank of India — misbehavior by sbi clerk

This is to inform you that I am a loyal customer of sbi bank for the
last three years. I always feel associated with bank but on 27/09/2014
something unexpected and unbelievable happened with me.
at the time a approached branch counter no 1 withdrawing through green channel system and requested to also please accept bssc chalan while i am existing customer of branch also with mother and elder brother. one day before i also went to branch withdrawing amount and submiiting chalaan but due to crowd i doesn't do same day another day 2792014 also went counter no 1 maddam kavita kumari rudely said to come in queue after this approached branch manger mr gopal bharti where thre man was sitting with him about accepting chalan he allowed them and got receipt vide naresh jee employee of branch i requested branch manager yesterday i returned without depositing chalan amount due to overcrowd now my mother is admiting on hospital she is also existing customer of branch so please allow this he rudely denied as per rule.
in this concern matter stc cheque has not sent to me by branch but likely sent to so many customer near about 1 year before i filed kyc form about 1 year before but my address pin code has been corrected till now several times i asked to employees but they always said next time my accidental insurance has been made one year before and as nominee is my mother but mentioned wrongly as spouse my mother applied for personnel amount but loan officer doesn't provide gum for pasting photographs in year 2013 as time of navratra festival branch provided a bundle of 10 rupess note for existing customer vide demanding but they never gave me after returning from branch with huge disaapointed some one told me if you want bundle of note then just approached mansih tea seller who supplied tea in branch i approached and he brought me a bundel in all facts branch manager failed to followed rules of banking but in my case while my mother was in hospital refused to accecpt due to rules
then in which postion and condition branch manger was allowing other and some employee was also collecting twenty rupees for depositing chalan all things are captured in cctv camera recording on branch.
so please i requesting you to please take a necessary action on above mention fact and reply me what action taken against errant clerk miss kavita kumari and branch manager mr gopal bharti
