State Bank Of India — Mobile No for using of Internet banking is not being updated by SBI

Dear Sir, My self Manoj Kumar having a SBI Bank A/c No-[protected] at branch- Sector-55, Noida(U.P.). I have applied for updation of new mobile no as [protected] against the said A/c no with referance no-EHS[protected]. This is pending since Nov'2014. I am not able to transfer the money to another. Pls expedite
