I have a savings account in SBI at shaktinagar, Sonbhadra with the a/c # as [protected].
I have internet banking facility as well. I wanted to change the mobile number, and I applied it online and went to the local shaktinagar branch with the approval form and submitted the form. But the mobile number was not updated. Again I did the same thing and went to branch, this time they say that this request ( EHS[protected] is not showing in their system and they cannot change the mobile number. I tried to contact the customer care and they are saying that it can be done only from the branch. Branch is unable to do anything and customer care is also not doing anything.
I also want to inform you that my previous mobile number is not in my possession. hence it is a threat to my internet banking and all the OTP are going to the previous number. hence, i request you to kindly change the contact detail so that all the OTP come directly to my new mobile number.
