State Bank of India — Money not deposited through deposit machine.

sir, i have an SBI account at chirala(AP) branch. on 8/10/2014, i deposited Rs. 10, 000/- through deposit machine which is located at ATM center. but at the time of counting there is hardware error occurred and the money was not returned. i also given an complaint at the branch. so please consider my request and deposit my moneym as soon as possible.
