Sir my account number [protected] in brts branch begusarai, IFSC code SBIN0003589. I wanted to apply for activation of my internet banking in my account. I have been asked to submit KYC form which i did on the same working day and then ii was told application would be accepted only after a working day. It was 27/03/15, after that it was a long holiday in banks. I then was asked to come in april and i visited bank on 8 of April on this day ii found that the autherised person was on leave for next 2 days. On 10th of april i needed to get back to delhi to my work. In this way almost in 8 days my application was not accepted. Name of authorised person is pankaj. Deputy branch manager said there was no one else to additional duty on behalf of mr.pankaj. Was this information helpful? | |||
