State Bank of India — Netbanking details provided [Pri-printed Kit] by Bank itself are invalid

I have received Pri Printed Kit from my branch bank [ADB Jalgaon 3295] after applying many times. They said I can use Netbanking after 48 hours by putting the username & password provided in the KIT. But now when I am using the details provided in it, it is showing INVALID.
Now you people tell me what to do ?
I called customer care, they advised to apply again in the bank for Netbanking.
What is wrong with you people ? ...
No one in this busy lifestyle has a time to go to Bank again & again for the same issue. Instead of this the bankers could rectify the the reason behind my problem.
